Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account status. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant sports governing bodies. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules available on the platform. Live betting odds are updated in real-time and may change between the time you place a bet and the time it is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation apply.
In the event of disconnection during gameplay due to internet connection loss or technical issues, game rounds will continue to completion. You may check your gaming history to view outcomes. For live dealer games, your hand will be played according to standard game rules if you disconnect. For sports bets, your bet remains valid regardless of disconnection.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of naga77 services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the claim.
naga77 is not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, equipment malfunctions, acts of God, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all funds. Any pending bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to restrict their access for responsible gaming reasons.
